Welcome to Rixos Travel. By booking our transfer services or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings can be made through our website, by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all booking details (pickup time, location, flight information, etc.) are correct.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include all applicable taxes and fees.
Payment can be made online via credit/debit card, cash to the driver, or through other approved methods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before pickup time are fully refundable.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged the full fare.
4. Delays & Waiting Time
For airport pickups, we offer 60 minutes of free waiting time after the flight has landed.
For non-airport pickups, we offer 15 minutes of free waiting time.
Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
5. Flight Delays & Changes
We monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup times for delays at no extra cost.
Please inform us immediately if your flight or travel plans change.
6. Luggage Allowance
Each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one small carry-on bag.
Oversized or excess luggage may require an upgrade to a larger vehicle at additional cost.
7. Safety & Conduct
Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted in the vehicle.
Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers behaving inappropriately.
8. Child Seats
Child seats are available on request at no extra cost.
Please request a child seat at the time of booking.
9. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, terrorism, or government restrictions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on our website, with the updated date clearly shown.
